About Sascha Willomitzer
Platform architect, speaker, trainer. Behind Fokusnuss stands The Chameleon Way IT GmbH — parent of the K8Box family and CTO consulting for the mid-market.
Sascha has been building platforms for more than twenty years — from an eight-person startup to the cloud transition of one of Germany’s largest administrative organisations. Today: architect of the K8Box platform, consultant to mid-market CTOs, trainer for the engineering teams who want to work with this architecture.
Agentic AI in production: Sascha built and led the team behind an agentic voice and chat platform that replaced a legacy call-centre solution within two months and now handles five-figure daily interaction volumes — RAG pipelines, tool calling, guardrails, evaluations, in production. This is not new territory: back in 2014 Sascha brought probabilistic search models (fuzzy search) for loan-risk management into production. The AI trainings draw from this years-long practice — not tutorial knowledge, but operational truth.
What sets the trainings apart: every example comes from a real system running in production in the same quarter. No generic demo repos, no “cloud-native reference architecture” marketing material. If something gets explained in a training, it has failed once or twice in practice before it worked.
Stage experience
Talks incl. the Lanxess Arena Cologne — a good reminder that technical topics work in a hall seating ten thousand people too, when told honestly, concretely and without marketing speak. And that is exactly how the workshop runs the next day: same register, same honesty — just with a whiteboard instead of a giant screen.
